These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Project Genesis (“we”, “us”) and govern your use of the Glass Half Dead mobile game (the “app”). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
In short: it’s a game, it’s ours, use it for fun, we provide it “as is”, and purchases & refunds are handled by Apple/Google.
Glass Half Dead is a single-player arcade game. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment, in line with these Terms and the rules of the app store you installed it from.
The app — including its code, artwork, sounds, characters, name, and design — is owned by Project Genesis and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a licence to use the app; they do not transfer any ownership to you. You may not copy, sell, rent, sub-licence, or redistribute the app or its content.

You download the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their terms also apply to you. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the store’s terms regarding your download, the store’s terms govern that download. Where required, Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA) applies to the iOS version in addition to these Terms.
If the app or any feature is offered for a price, payment is processed by Apple or Google — not by us. We do not receive or store your payment details. Refunds are handled by the app store under its own refund policy.
Your privacy matters to us. The app collects no personal data. How the app handles information is described in our Privacy Policy: play.projectgenesis.app/privacy.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, and we may update, change, or discontinue the app (or any part of it) at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Genesis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country, which continue to apply.
These Terms apply for as long as you use the app. Your licence ends automatically if you break these Terms, and you may end it at any time by uninstalling the app. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) continue to apply after termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. If you keep using the app after changes take effect, that means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
